As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I blend cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, solution-focused therapy to encourage practical steps toward change, and client-centered therapy to create a supportive space where individuals feel valued and heard. By weaving these approaches together, I help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Above all, I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. Through practical tools and compassionate guidance, I help clients set healthy boundaries, cultivate positive habits, and develop self-compassion. My goal is not just to help individuals recognize their strengths but to empower them to trust in their ability to move forward with clarity and resilience.
